We are looking for our important client a language proficient cantidate! If you like to communicate in foreign languages, then this job offer is right for you!
- Inbound telephone communication in English and French where you will not need to call and offer or sell over the phone
- You will receive incoming calls from customers who have already purchased products and have some questions about them or they need advice
- Mail/chat communication can appear 1-2 times a week
- You will answer about 25-30 calls a day,
Employee requirements
- Language conjactions English + French + Italian - all of them should be at B2 level
- Language conjactions English + French + Dutch - all of them should be at B2 level
