As a member of the international transformation team , you will act as part of transformation projects and its customers. Within your personal scope of duties, you will be responsible for the following issues:
• Support for set-up and planning of projects (structures, organizations, phases, resources, budget, risk-mgmt. & reporting) according to PMI- & Agile-related methodologies
• Project support of small or medium sized (sub)projects
• Supporting and/or setting up project management office
• Preparation of management presentations, status reports and documentations
• Tracking of action items and issues
• Risk management
• Communication to project team and relevant stakeholders
• Support by resource management
• Document management
Požiadavky na zamestnanca
• Minimum of 1-2 year experience in project management within an international company
• Cloud App Development Expertise (Google Cloud/ AWS/ BTP Kubernets / Docker Compose)
• Programming Skills Java / Python / C++ or Abap
• Data Engineering & Database Management (Database Structuring, Big Data Management)
• Experience in consultancy and/ or in the finance area of an industrial company beneficial
• Experience in Finance/ Accounting, Procurement or HR beneficial
• Excellent MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in the design, standardization and implementation of processes and process improvements beneficial
