L2 Technical Support
You will be responsible for:
- HelpDesk calls and basic support + solving issues / troubleshooting
- Accepting and solving tickets from L1 colleagues
- L2 Support of desktops, laptops and other devices
- Handling of break/fix and configuration issues
- Software installation
- Hardware repairing - coordinating depot services
- Handling of escalated issues from L1 colleagues
- Escallating to L3 colleagues if needed
Employee requirements
What is needed:
- Experience as a L1 HelpDesk Operator
- Fluent English and German
- Responsibility
- Communicating skills
- Teamwork
